GADGET BOOM TECH works with the following shipping method:

1. Products with international shipping

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products available at Gadget Boom Tech are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes from 10 to 35 business days. (On average, after the product is shipped) depending on the location, the product is shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders paid via bank slip take 1 to 5 days for payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can follow the progress of their order's delivery.

Please note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, pandemics, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations beyond our control.

The store guarantees delivery of your order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for any products that are lost or damaged during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking; delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Insured shipping

"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 90 business days of shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded on that date."

Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, this is perfectly normal.

1.3. Order Tracking

The products will be shipped via the postal service or another carrier. A tracking code will always be provided, allowing the customer to follow the delivery progress. GADGET BOOM TECH is committed to instructing the customer on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to GADGET BOOM TECH .

The order tracking code will be provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

The tracking code may take 5 to 10 business days to start showing shipping information on the postal service website, counting from the date the code was provided.

2. General Conditions (Attention)

2.1. Care with Order Addressing

GADGET BOOM TECH will ship the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

2.2. Recipient Absent

Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick it up from the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to postal service regulations, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Correios (Brazilian postal service) website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

GADGET BOOM TECH is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses provided for orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

2.4. Taxed and Dutiable Products

If any shipping fees or taxes are charged, NOMEDASUALOJA will be responsible for them . Rest assured, you only pay the price of the product as listed on our website.
