Our return policy is valid for 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, please present the receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):

Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Goods on offer (where applicable)
In the case of refunds for discounted goods, the refund will be based on the price at the time of purchase.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only exchange products that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email.

Freight
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.

If you are shipping a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
